boi reconsiders the proposition and looks for the right words. "Would You permit me to do my job, Ma'am? So I can take care of You? That's my job."

Yes, yes, and yes. Semantics are so important in Ma'am's household. Not just please and thank you, although those are important too. Those are givens. Well, they are here, anyway. And yes, indeed, Ma'am thanks boi when he has done something beyond the pale or has simply been good enough to bring Her a coffee.

boi intuitively knows when taking care of Ma'am means leaving Ma'am alone. This means making decisions for and about Ma'am as if Ma'am Herself were in charge -- instead of Her continuing to micromanage still in Her stilettoed or booted heels. This means dealing with Ma'am's fussier than usual behaviour and doing what needs doing, because Ma'am is not always Wonder Woman.

100% of the time, Ma'am is going with the flow -- 100% of the time, decisions are thrown in Her direction and Ma'am has to think FAST on Her Ferragamo'd feet for Herself and boi.

Do Other Doms REALLY think they are totally 100% in charge all the time? Not if they have an authentic sub, slave or servant, they aren't. Ma'am does not care what these Pufnstuf figureheads say... the Alpha Slave, the Boss Dog of the barnyard, the Top Cat -- these persons are the ones who truly make it happen if they are worth their collective salt. They are the ones who "Make It So", especially if The Dom has captured the heart and mind of the submissive.

Yes, boi can and will make things happen -- "because it makes Ma'am happy" -- as do so many slaves and submissives-- and eventually, to an Outsider, that submissive appears to be "in charge". But make no mistake, it very often is part of that dynamic, part of that kink there, for that particular D/s or M/s...

AND it can surely bite A Dom in the ass... how many times do You hear a Dominant say, "If other people don't like how My sub handles things, I just tell them she is My sub not theirs." Not bragging, just stating this is the b.s. some Doms have to put up with from other Doms... But most Doms do "get" this.

Many Doms do indeed have authentic subs or slaves, intelligent folks who don't simply Stand and Model but roll up her or his sleeves and "get 'er done." Because god knows, Ma'am refuses to crack a nail... kidding. Just kidding. geez...

How many times do You hear complaints from other Doms about these Alpha Slaves being "uppity" or "dissing me" (it doesn't matter that the slave doesn't know the Dom, she or he should kowtow to the unknown)?
